Mavlori™ GlideRail is a compact motorized curtain controller designed for apartments, bedrooms, living rooms, home theaters, and other spaces where users want to open or close existing curtains without replacing the entire curtain system. The device mounts onto a compatible curtain rod or track and uses an internal drive mechanism to move along the rail while pulling the curtain with it. Once installed and calibrated, users can operate the curtain through physical controls, a handheld remote, or supported mobile functions, turning a conventional manual curtain into a powered window covering with minimal changes to the room.
🪟 Motorized Curtain Movement
GlideRail travels along a compatible curtain rail and moves the attached curtain between selected open and closed positions. The motorized drive handles the repetitive pulling action while allowing the original curtain fabric and much of the existing hardware to remain in place.
🧩 Retrofit Mounting System
An adjustable mounting assembly is designed to fit supported curtain installations without requiring the motor to be permanently built into the rail. The housing locks around the compatible track or rod area, allowing the controller to be removed later without replacing the entire window-covering system.

🔄 Position Calibration
During installation, GlideRail learns the usable travel path between the selected curtain endpoints. The calibration process establishes where movement should stop, helping the motor operate within the actual dimensions of the installed curtain arrangement instead of relying on a fixed factory travel distance.
🔌 USB-C Rechargeable Power
A recessed USB-C connection allows the internal battery system to be recharged without removing the entire mounting assembly. The charging port sits along the lower edge of the housing so it remains accessible while keeping cables away from the moving wheel mechanism.
GlideRail uses a vertically oriented body with the drive assembly positioned at the top and a narrower lower housing containing the controls and power system. The outer shell uses a softly textured polymer finish that blends more naturally with household hardware, while removable guide components surround the rail-contact area. A small status indicator communicates charging, calibration, and operating states without adding a full display.
In a bedroom, a user can configure GlideRail to open the curtains as part of a morning routine while still retaining manual operation when desired. In a living room or home theater, the controller can close a large curtain before viewing and reopen it afterward without requiring permanent powered curtain rails.
